What We Carry
If you do not see what you need, ask us — we can order most items, and a pharmacist can tell you whether your plan covers it before you commit.
Before You Order
Warranty, Returns and Your Rights
Warranty
Every product we sell or rent carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. We will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare-covered equipment that is under warranty, and we honor all warranties under applicable law. Where the manufacturer provides one, you get the owner’s manual with the warranty information in it.
Returns
We accept returns of substandard or damaged items at no charge. Call us at (212) 348-2117 within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
Your Rights
You are told your rights and responsibilities in writing before your equipment service begins. In short, you have the right to:
- A timely response to your request for equipment and service
- Be told what we charge and what your insurance is expected to cover, before you commit
- Complete, accurate information about the equipment and any risks, in a language you can reasonably be expected to understand
- Equipment and service of appropriate quality, regardless of race, creed, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or age
- Respectful, courteous treatment, and to know the name and training of anyone serving you on our behalf
- Have everything about your equipment and service treated confidentially, and to review your record on written request
- Take part in planning your care, and be told in advance about any transfer or discharge from our service
- Raise a complaint without fear of restraint or reprisal
If something is wrong, tell us — call (212) 348-2117. We respond within 5 days and aim to resolve it within 14. You can also go straight to an outside body: see how to raise a concern for those numbers.
Medicare Supplier Standards
The products and services provided to you by Raysol Drugs Inc. are subject to the supplier standards contained in the federal regulations at 42 C.F.R. § 424.57(c). These standards concern business, professional and operational matters — honoring warranties and hours of operation, for example. On request we will give you a written copy of the standards.
